Normal quality bar. The default for premium house painting and lighter decorative work where ongoing oversight isn’t needed.
Quote on enquiry. Per-hour or per-square-metre depending on the lane.
Filipp is on site.
The premium tier where the brand earns its reputation. Filipp Agafonov, founder of Odyssey Projects, is on the job for quality assurance and metric tracking. Emma’s rate is higher; the client pays more; the standard is enforced.
Default for high-end decorative finishes and custom wall art commissions.
Decorative Finishes
Venetian plaster, lime wash, polished plaster, faux finishes. Director-overseen by default.
Custom Design & Wall Art
Bespoke murals, hand-painted scenes, commissioned interior pieces. Director-overseen by default.
Premium House Painting
Interior and exterior repaints to a premium standard. Standard rate by default; director-overseen available.
Available through the Odyssey Network at reduced rates for Stewardship members. Odyssey Stewardship clients (Private, Commercial, Stewardship Essentials, Archive) book Empressive through the Network channel at a discount against the public retail rate above. The saving is a member benefit; Emma is paid her trade rate either way.
Rates here are placeholders pending Emma’s pricing workshop with Filipp. Final numbers are confirmed before any public listing. Materials are quoted at trade cost on Odyssey channel work; on direct enquiries, a clear materials line sits on every quote.
